Custom printed security prescription pads from Brant Business Forms. These forms are printed 2 colour, the pantograph being 1 colour, and the second colour (black) with your personal information, or that of your clinic.

These prescription pads have unique slips with a special security pantograph that, when photocopied, show the word "VOID" across the image area making them virtually impossible to duplicate.
